Christie Robertson is an audio producer, journalist, and scientist based in Seattle. She brings a unique interdisciplinary background to her work, holding a PhD in Neurobiology from the University of Washington, where she researched molecular mechanisms of embryonic development.
Her scientific career included leading software development teams for DNA sequencing platforms at Geospiza, Inc., and directing NIH-funded software development projects. Since 2023, Christie has focused on audio production and civic journalism, co-creating podcasts that provide in-depth coverage of Seattle Public Schools.
